Get compensate from employer is the right of every employee but some time in the case of non performance of a employee a employer is not able to compensate the employee due to profit maximisation or break even point achievement.There are some points through that a employer can put the salary of a non performing employee on hold.
Intimation at the time of non performing.
Issuing the notice at the time of non performing.
Provide awareness to the employee regarding the salary holding in the case of non performance.
consolidated salary will be preferred most in the case of such employees.
Probation period will help a employee at the time of recruitment.
At the time of relieving without notification a employer can hold the salary of employee.
